I take time for self-development, meditation and spiritual growth to find inner peace and harmony. I also try to lead an active lifestyle, enjoying nature, communication with loved ones and creativity.
A healthy lifestyle is not just a list of rules and prohibitions, but a conscious desire for harmony and balance in everything. It's about constantly working on yourself and your habits to achieve the best state of your body, mind and soul.
