So I'm back in the gym again. For the first time in three months, I inhaled this air of an unknown mixture: sweat, iron, and health. I felt very courageous and ready to win.
What do you think my chances of winning the Nobel prize in mathematics are? And become an Olympic champion in swimming in Sochi?
So you have about the same chances to become a fitness candy. You will never have a finely chiseled body without a cellulite hitch, which plays with the smallest dry muscles in the sun. No matter what your trainers promise you, no matter how inspired you are by the stories of the fitness Cinderellas, whose photos "before" and "after" you enthusiastically look at, and then run to the gym and frantically swing there twice a day.
If you haven't built a muscle corset before you're 30, you won't build one. One of the very, very few manages to break nature and mold the perfect body into adulthood. Who are these lucky girls? Hardworking and clever? Definitely. But not only that: these women are genetically gifted. Someone was born with a perfect voice, someone-with perfect muscles. The voice may not be set, the muscles may not be set. But if nature has rewarded you with "genius" muscles, then you, waking up from a dream, can get them and make something worthwhile out of them even after 30 years. But again: there are very, very few such women. Yes, you've seen their photos.
I have very good muscle by nature and a very rare, fatty, type of metabolism (this means that I draw energy from fat: I can eat a lot of fatty foods that give strength for heavy daily workouts, but not swim, but stay dry).
At the age of 17, I came to the rocking chair and did not leave it.
I train every day. Each. I have two workouts a day: yoga in the morning, strength and cardio in the afternoon. Once a week, I can arrange a day off and limit myself to morning static. And yes, I know for sure: if I train 5 times a week, I will look worse.
And you need to look cool! My body should be like on a glossy magazine and men should admire me. This increases your self-esteem!
I keep working!!
