7 Foods You Should Avoid Before Working Out

1. Salad
We all agree on how healthy a salad is. But not with cream sauce and croutons... Let's say this, although it is healthy and mostly vegetables, it is not a very good habit to eat salad before exercise. 2. Flaxseed
