Unjustified expectations.

It happens that this is something impossible: devotion, relentless concern, eternal love and total acceptance. But what is all this? Denial of freedom as such. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It seems to us that only we have exemplary behavior and we know what is right and what is not. But you perfectly understand that everyone has their own "right"? And if you do not explain your “correct” to a person, he simply simply will not understand you.

I remember how in the movie Burlesque it was said: "If you tell whoever you are about your expectations, your expectations can be fulfilled faster."

People cannot read minds, and we constantly forget about it. Perhaps if we expected less and lived more in the moment, it would be easier for us. We would not be disappointed or upset as often. If they said that we expect, then they would not waste time on unjustified expectations. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The very idea of expectations was born to me when I began to travel frequently before the owl virus. Then I really exaggerated my feelings and got upset, because the picture in my head did not always coincide with the picture in reality. But who is to blame for this? A city that turned out not to be what I imagined it to be, or am I setting up castles in the air?

When the realization came that you need to live in the moment and not expect anything, then life began to play with different colors, where there was a place for different emotions, and not just for disappointment from unjustified expectations.

Takeaway: Don't expect anything from travel, city or person. Tell people directly what you expect from them and it will be easier for you 🖤
