Exploring cultural differences
I know that it is very important to take care of a woman: to give flowers, souvenirs, sweets from your country, to open the front door on a date, to pay for dinner, for transport, so that she can safely get home. But I think that there are such rules in other countries, but in Ukraine it is arranged in this way (but not always) :)

Ukraine - more traditional
In my country, there are a lot of such nuances of courting a woman. Reaching adulthood, women prefer to be independent, but still want to feel "protected and helpless" and feel cared for by a man!

In Ukraine, you can feel like a real man, and in your native country, on the contrary. This behavior may be quite unusual for you and difficult and not comfortable.
