Problems are given to us for spiritual development, in order to change our life, to be wiser, and brighter, stronger, problems can drag on from the past incarnation. We are often lazy or afraid to solve problems. You can get rid of laziness and self-pity through self-love at the expense of yourself, and then we do not blame anyone for our problems.
Life without problems is not interesting. We do not value joy without disaster. If there were no problems it would be boring. We didn't appreciate good weather without bad weather. Smile at the problems. As we learn to overcome problems, we will learn to lose heart from bad weather.
If a person wants a lot and does nothing to achieve the goal, this is an egoist who pity himself, thereby covering his laziness. Deal with your egoism, take actions to renew yourself and develop your character traits, overcome fear for the goal you have set, and do not feel sorry for yourself, then there will be strength, energy and result. And then what we have achieved through our labor will be dear to us, and what we have achieved without personal will and fears will not be dear to us. And overcoming fears increases self-esteem and self-confidence.
Be open to new opportunities, for sports or a new hobby, develop in it and self-esteem will grow, form love for yourself and share this love with the World, and do not be afraid of the unknown. This will be followed by a change in life values and completely different views on life will appear.
Change your beliefs, achieve your desires, do not dwell on the past, and do not judge yourself, we always have the right to make mistakes.
And your decision will have consequences, pleasant or not, you need to take responsibility for your actions - for your life. Accept yourself as you are, you are unique and very important for the Universe, it has its own plans for you.
Selfishness will resist renewal, but the desire for development and work on character, a change in lifestyle will lead to changes. Spiritually developing and renewing, and accumulating love in your soul - you create a space of love around you. Each of yours in development makes an invaluable contribution to the Universe.
