There can be quite a lot of such words, and we even usually recommend that animal owners call the same actions the same words each time, so that it is easier for the animal to navigate in our human society and to make its life more understandable and predictable, which means it is safe.
The main means of communication for any animals is body language, it is on it that they are primarily guided, it is "read" from other animals and people. And, if a person's body language does not agree with his words and intonation, even if these words are well known to the animal, the animal will rather focus on body language than on words.
