I will not generalize, I will say for myself:
It is IMPOSSIBLE to always relieve stress by meditating.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to become rich, find love, or achieve success just by reading the affirmations.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to pretend to be someone magical, but not yourself - all your life.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to jump on trends that do not respond to you for an infinitely long time:
"Yoga, veganism, sports in general, calorie counting, environmental friendliness in everything, building everything up, lip augmentation, or - natural beauty, body positive, feminism" ... all this is great if it responds SPECIFICALLY TO YOU, not otherwise
I like being myself.
If you feel like it, eat a pie for breakfast without thinking about its benefits.
If it pulls - relieve stress with shopping and alcohol.
If it is uncomfortable, distance yourself even from close people.
If you don't want to go anywhere, cancel everything end-to-end and allow yourself to exhale.
How, with all this, not to slide to the bottom?
There are no secrets, it's just some kind of intuitive balancing on the brink of ... failure. And it (like everything in this world) is not suitable for everyone.
