The example of my father in relation to life, business, finance and people was indicative for me. His first two businesses are the best example.

He worked at a metallurgical plant as a foreman, and then decided to collect his first business from garbage - it was metal and other unnecessary trash. Father built it with his own hands, himself, very young and very ambitious. He already had me, and he put together his business and was already collecting for his first home.

After that, he opened his own large and unique business in our hometown - iron doors, bars, fences and everything that was made of metal. He could do a certain job himself, with his own hands, but he found the same ambitious guys as he taught them everything. The business expanded and new opportunities began to emerge, orders and revenue grew.

So I realized that you can delegate your tasks and expand your business.

I saw how he was betrayed, thrown and something did not work for him, but he never gave up and started over and over again.
