In my youth, I was often sad and depressed, because the world seemed hostile, cruel and alien to me, and life was too hard, and there was no particular meaning in it for me ...
And no small pleasures (purchases, fun company) did not save me from the feeling of emptiness that was eating me up and the meaninglessness of everything.
It cannot be said that there were no achievements in my life: a school with a medal, a university with a red diploma, small, but my own earnings from the age of 16 .. BUT! The sense in this to everyone, I, nevertheless, did not see ((
The main turning point for me was the words of the hero of one of my favorite Remarque's books - "Three Comrades".
At the beginning of the book he was asked:
"- Why do you live, Robbie?
“I don’t know,” he replied.
And in the end:
"- So why do you live, Robbie?
- For life.".
And it's all. Do you understand?
The most important meaning of life is that ... WE ARE ALIVE. LIVE. BREATHING. The whole world is open to us (and the lack of opportunities is a challenge, not a reason for depression).
There is only one life. And you need to live high, enjoying the process. Simple things. And that's the point.
And surely no one will mind if you want ... big goals ... why not?)
If YOU still have not found your meaning, know that you already have EVERYTHING. The rest is a matter of persistence and priorities.
