The route to Nar-fu is a unique author's excursion with two experienced teachers from Kiev . You will find yourself in a little-known, untrodden corner of the Nepalese Himalayas. We will practice in open areas with a view of the panorama of the snow-covered Himalayas.

After leaving the bustling Kathmandu with its giant Buddha stupas, we will find ourselves in a little-known, untrodden corner of mountainous Nepal - in the Nar Fu Valley, where people speak their secret language.

Here we will see dilapidated hydrangeas and fortresses guarding the passage along the trail... The ancient but active Buddhist monastery of Tashi Lohang... And the almost untouched pine forests of Nar-Fu, where the red panda and the snow leopard live and where the voices of hundreds of bird species sound.
