I made the decision to become a flight attendant because I dreamed of romance and travel. I wanted to work in a large company, to be part of a successful team. For myself, I found many advantages in this profession - for example, the opportunity to travel often abroad, I have already managed to see many countries. And, of course, new acquaintances, thanks to which I made friends.
Of the minuses, I can single out night flights, flights of the same type and tasks. The most common myth we come across is that all flight attendants go to the sky to marry a pilot. And many people think that this is an easy job - as if you were just a waiter on a plane.
There are few difficulties in work, in this I was lucky. In difficult situations, both friends and colleagues help. There is no such thing in our team that you are thrown to solve all the problems alone. It is difficult when the time zone changes, and difficulties may arise with passengers when something goes wrong, for example, a flight delay due to bad weather - then you become an object to take out the anger and resentment of people, but this is a human factor and to you get used to it over time.
During my work, I realized that flight attendants flying to foreign countries are people without a schedule and stable days off: loved ones sometimes forget how we look. Yes, working in this area, you need to sacrifice something. But at the same time, we have the opportunity to visit new places and get great emotions. We also have the opportunity to bring interesting and exclusive things from different parts of the world, get acquainted with the culture and customs of people. When you are high above the ground, you can observe many bright lights, clouds like pieces of cotton candy scattered across the sky, so airy and light. This is an indescribable experience, but a godsend for romantics. Once, having fallen in love with the sky, you understand - this is for life.
Well, the biggest disadvantage of my profession is to find someone who will be waiting for you from the flight home. No, I'm not talking about family. The family is always glad to see me. I would very much like to find a person who will wait for you at home, make you hot tea, hug you and say that everything is fine. Who will be sympathetic to my work, who will be faithful to me and confident in me! Unfortunately, most men are looking for benefits. But I believe that my man will find me.
