That since a person is jealous, it means that he is overwhelmed with feelings and he loves you incredibly. Everyone is jealous, just someone knows how to cope with jealousy, and someone does not. I think that in order to avoid unnecessary jealousy, it is important to strategically build relationships right at the very beginning. I also think that the main reason is low self-esteem and dependence on a partner. If a person is used to comparing himself with someone, then suspicions about a partner are completely natural for him. Another reason why jealousy arises is the fear of loneliness. People are very often jealous because they do not know how and do not want to be alone. Jealousy is an attempt at control and a manifestation of selfishness, fear and dependence, not love.
