What is your dog dreaming?

If we delve deeper into the study of sleep, then we can note the following things: sleep is a natural physiological process, in which there is practically no brain activity to give the body unloading, any reactions to the world around us are lowered.
Scientists have unanimously agreed that absolutely all animals, like humans, go through two phases of sleep. Therefore, if you hear your dog running or howling in his sleep, keep in mind that his sleep is in a rapid stage. But at the expense of dreams, scientists have not yet come to an unambiguous conclusion about whether pets are really dreaming or whether these are just accumulated bursts of energy experienced during the day during brain relaxation. However, according to most dog breeders and some scientists, dogs and other animals have dreams.
These dreams differ from human dreams only by the perception of a given animal environment. Also, these dreams are not as vivid and long as in humans - they are rather small episodes associated with any daily activities: food, play, sniffing or being frightened. However, we, of course, would very much like to believe that our pets in a dream are protecting the house or guarding the border. In any case, always remember that sound sleep is the key to the health and good mood of your dog.
