Since childhood, I was in the kitchen when my mother was cooking something. And then, already, being at the institute, my friends and I got together and cooked something - pizza most often. And one day I wanted to cook a real borscht. Fortunately, I had someone to teach on the one hand, and the experience of preparing at least pea soups on the other. I found a suitable recipe and felt it right in the process.
