Since childhood, I loved to wake up early, do exercises, leaf through books, have breakfast in silence while my family sleeps. Then I did not know yet that all these rituals are called "Magic of the morning."
About three years ago I saw a book by Hal Elrod on a website and started listening to it in audio. It captured me from the first chapter, I listened to it very quickly and immediately began to apply magic in my life. I tried different practices, changed their duration and rise time, I wanted to get the maximum positive charge from the morning. I understood that there is no single pill for everyone, that it is absolutely normal to make changes, adjust the practice for yourself. In the end, I stopped at the following: getting up an hour before my daughter, affirmations, exercises, meditation and reading. This is my recipe for a wonderful morning, I get incredible pleasure from every minute, after such a morning the day always turns out surprisingly well.
