How will changing your routine affect your energy and success?

1. get up an hour earlier than necessary (in order to have time to do all the points below)
2. set only 1 alarm clock, not 3-4 and tune in from the evening "I'll get up and be cheerful"
3. daily thorough self-care-face (masks) and body. I want to check how this will affect the quality of the skin.
4. i used to do meditations (with sound or just to music to breathe and calm down) regularly, then out of necessity, and now I have stopped altogether.
5. gratitude diary-adds confidence.
6. reading. I really liked that I read 3 books in 3 weeks. so many ideas and energy at once. BUT audiobooks do not give this result.
7. planning with the help of visualization (I always plan the day in the evening, and in the morning I run through my eyes and imagine how I manage everything)
8. quiet fees. I want to be 100% every day-calmly put on makeup, dress up, pick up accessories. it affects how I feel during the day.
