Right now, in the fall, the world around is turning into a golden, slowly dissolving prison, crumbling to the ground in a red-orange carpet.
People rush more and more, trying not to stay on the street for long. On this very street, where it smells of fallen leaves, cold and rain.
The world is emptying, and the trees, in splendid isolation, show each other costumes created according to the last word of life. Thin birches, like true women of fashion, are the first to replace dense greenery with golden crowns and release long earrings. Flowers, having given all their strength to preserve their summer beauty, grow old, dry up and shyly bent under the weight of their old age. Mushrooms, feeling the call of their rainy friend, crawl out of the ground in whole flocks, showing off elegant hats in front of each other, painstakingly chosen ahead of time.
Autumn, on the other hand, carefully waters them with rain and winds throws off colorful foliage for them, trying to warm their tiny children.
The birds, diligently protecting their nests from other people's encroachments, say goodbye to their native land, fly away, and then return here again with the arrival of warmth. Squirrels, hedgehogs and other forest (and not only) residents are stocking up for the winter, getting ready, and the generous Autumn gives them its inexhaustible wealth.
