In my personal experience, I have repeatedly encountered the thought: "No, no, no. I can't do that. I'm different. I have to do the wrong thing."
It's good when such installations work for the good. But soon they can begin to function in the vector of limitation and unnecessary burden. At least for a month, allow me not to pull on myself strange duties prescribed by dubious authors.

Allow yourself to dance until the morning, put on your favorite dress (albeit simple), change jobs, do not pour clever phrases in every conversation. Stop creating the right image - fateful, sexy, rich, the smartest or, conversely, modest.
