Halloween has successfully migrated into our century since the time of the ancient Celts.

The word "Halloween" is an abbreviation for All-Hallows-Even and translated from Scottish means "All Saints' Evening". What can not be said looking at the attributes and rituals of this satanic act.

Since ancient times, the first days of November in the Catholic Church were dedicated to the memory of the dead. So, November 1 is celebrated as All Saints Day, and November 2 is the Day of Remembrance of the Dead.

To this day, in some areas of Scotland and Ireland, rituals to calm the souls of the dead have been preserved, which are held at this time, on the night of October 31st.

This day was endowed with mystical properties, since people believed that the souls of their ancestors for some time returned to their homes, bringing evil spirits into our world.

To protect and scare her, people placed various vegetables in the windows of their houses, in which the eyes and mouth were cut out, and burning candles were inserted inside. Later, of all the vegetables, a pumpkin remained, which began to be called Jack's lamp.
