5 regions in Ukraine move into the red quarantine zone from Monday. This means a complete lockdown and only those organizations where 100% of people are vaccinated will work. How is the lockdown situation in your country?

But here very few people have vaccinations, people are very afraid of it, as the vaccine is poor quality and has many negative consequences that are not talked about in media.

People are forced to vaccinate, otherwise they will be fired, not paid their salaries, and not allowed to use public transport. Is this even legal at all?

I do not know what to do. I have a private language school and my teachers do not want to get vaccinated and I understand them. I cannot force them. But otherwise, I will have to close the school for the lockdown period and this is a very big risk for me.
Advise me what to do.

If I continue to work and the police make a check, I will be fined a huge amount of money. If I fire teachers, who will work? If I close the school for the lockdown period, for what will I and the teachers live and we will lose clients.
