The main idea of this list is to become a happy, healthy and inspired person. I have been looking for some lifehacks to improve my level, and that's what I have found. There are three blocks that you can follow the plan! The first block is HEALTH. Health diagnostics, drinking water, calorie counting, body care, sports, healthy sleep! If I eat salads and soups, sometimes give myself moments for sweets, I will be happy. If I exercise and lead an active lifestyle, I will be lean and energetic. If I give myself enough sleep and rest, I will be cheerful. And you too. The second block is ecology! In this section, you can include purity of body and soul, self-care, house cleaning, weeding out unnecessary people and protecting the planet. How can you lead a normal life if our world is filled with garbage and suffocated from carbon dioxide? I want to show by my example that you need to try to make everything around you better, cleaner, more pleasant. First you need to get rid of unnecessary things in the house: do the cleaning, wash the windows, clean up the space. Further - to give old things to those in need. Stop communicating with bad people who only cause headaches. The third block is love. Happy people cannot be alone. Even if there is no spouse, you can always find a friend and companion for the soul. I have comrades and colleagues, but no man. I would really like to meet someone special ... It will be a person of joy, a person of mystery, a person of celebration! Let love light the lights in our souls and never let them go out!
