Sport or laziness?

Man is made to move. Our body is the most direct proof of this. Inactivity is fraught with negative consequences. External beauty is lost, health deteriorates, weakness appears and mood spoils. This often leads to depression. Undoubtedly, the lack of movement is also a consequence of unproductiveness.

So, what good can sports bring to our everyday life?
1. Health. By training the body with physical exercises, we strengthen the heart, normalize blood circulation and pressure. There are complexes that improve metabolism, relieve tension and pain in muscles, and soothe nerves. Do not rush to drink pills. Often it is enough to do a little exercise and the pain will subside.
2. Good mood and positive attitude towards life. Whatever happens: stress, quarrel, anger, fear, etc. - exercise. Are you upset and not in the mood? Get your abs, play volleyball, stretch. Is there a difficult situation at work? Sit down 20 times and the answers to difficult questions will appear immediately. Try starting your day with a morning run, yoga, or exercise.
3. Excellent appearance. Believe me, not a single celebrity, model, actress or just an acquaintance of an acquaintance has received her gorgeous figure as a gift from nature. This is a daily hard work. Sports activities affect your appearance. At the same time, it does not matter at all whether you swing in the hall or visit a clockwork zumba.
4. Self-confidence appears and self-esteem rises. Even when there are still no results, you will be proud of yourself. You can also boast to your friends and acquaintances that you know how to find time for sports.

I have listed just a few of the benefits of being active. Each of them has their own and, starting to train, you will definitely want to add a few more of your points.

I try to train for myself as soon as I have free time! Exercise helps me keep fit, as well as my mood!
