So, I have been observing my head center for about several weeks already.
At work, I spend a lot of time in nature. That is, I have time and opportunities for my head to think about its own.
I noticed that more often than not I think about what really worries me at the moment.
In the last couple of weeks, I have been worried about the relationship with my friend. She is a very close friend, we have known each other since childhood and are very attached to each other. If a misfortune or a good event happens, we support each other, share our joy, help ... As one close family) Do you have such friends?
But ... more and more our relationship is going wrong. It scares me...
Just about five days ago, we quarreled, and four days ago we made up. After lunch that day, I went to work. And there I noticed a tendency that in eight working hours I can think through all our relationships in detail. At the same time, remember all her shoals and grievances, wind it up with the "how it should be", then ask for forgiveness, get angry, put up again, swear again. And in the end, leave work with doubts "have we really made up?"
In this whole process, I experience all the emotions associated with this situation: resentment, anger, remorse, a feeling of abandonment, a feeling of betrayal, again offense. And every time, as if some kind of scraper scrapes it all out of your gut, as soon as the emotion passes. A very tedious and energy consuming process, I must tell you.
And now I asked myself the question "Why am I doing all this? Why do I think and remember the bad? You can just as well replay the good in my head, with good emotions."
Out of my three days off, I was sick for two days. Tomorrow is working day again.
