What is the main cause of poverty?
id: 10049151

In his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki came up with an idea that I really liked. I wanted to share with you.
So, the author argues that the main cause of poverty is fear and ignorance.
A person lives in fear of losing money, being left without money or receiving less than necessary. He actually drives himself into a financial trap when he hesitates to change jobs that are not paid enough or is not looking for a new and more profitable one.
To this is added ignorance in handling money. That is, ignorance of the basic foundations of financial literacy.
Often in questions, people succumb to the influence of emotions. Especially fear and desire. If with fear everything is already clear, then the desire to have more money strikes greed. People succumb to their basic impulse when, as their income rises, so does the cost of their purchases (a better car, a more expensive phone, something else to impress friends), and, most likely, their fear of financial losses grows.
So what can you do to avoid being among the poor?
First of all, you need to understand
🍀 what exactly are you shopping for?
🍀What is the feeling of wanting to get? Amuse your ego?
🍀What fear is driving you?
🍀Do you see your ultimate financial goal?
And, most importantly, like a highlight on the cake, is the ability to separate emotions from facts, to think logically, not succumbing to experiences.
What can you say about this idea? Is there something to think about? 😉
