Why do people get married?
id: 10040334

Every marrying couple has their own reason why they want to become a husband and a wife (or a wife and a wife, or a husband and a husband). The best reason to get married is that you really love this person and you can't imagine your life without the beloved one. You can't exist without this person for a long time. You have a strong connection with each other like two swans have. It sounds like destiny. However, there are many other reasons why people get married. For example, you don't want to cause problems to your future kids. Some people don't have any interest in marriage but they know that there are many legal issues coming when the baby is born. Some people marry for financial advantages. It doesn't mean they have no love at all. Sometimes a man sees that his wife has a good job and she is very successful, which means she can provide her family with a stable life and good insurance. Or there is a woman who likes only generous men. We can't judge them for their interests, but they are called "people who want to get married because of financial benefits". Other people can choose a partner just for good genes. I know many women who need a handsome or strong guy to become a father for kids. Some people get married because of pressure from society. My parents keep asking me: "When will you get married? Do you have a boyfriend?" One more reason is religion. About 30% of couples also choose to get married for religious commitment! So you may find many reasons why people get married. My biggest desire is to fall in love! And create a big, happy family.
