If you don't want something, then you don't need a reason to stop doing it.

You don't need to justify yourself, to prove why you don't like something. You just might not like something and that's it.

For example, you were invited to walk. You don't want to. You don't need to tell me why. You just don't want to and that's enough. Maybe the body is tired, or people don't like or like, but not so often. No matter. Today, it's TRUE inside - "I don't want to."

Or you want to take a break from your partner for a week (or a lifetime). Desire from within. To separate and be alone. You don't need a "good" reason to rest (or end a relationship). No need to wait for things to get so bad that "now it's possible and necessary".
