The long-term benefits of such steps are clear: everyone wants to breathe clean air, have plenty of water and eat healthy food. But in order to start caring for the environment, there is an even more obvious motivation - the ability to look and feel better after a week or a month of "green regime". Start with simple steps and your body will thank you almost immediately.

In conscientious farms, they are usually grown in the most natural conditions, that is, in the garden, using the minimum amount of chemical fertilizers. As for greenhouse vegetables, artificial lighting, heating and special preparations accelerate ripening, but do not allow the crop to naturally ripen and acquire a rich taste.
