My November is all about riding lessons, texts, coffee, first steps in yoga, short rides, frozen fingers, a big biting scarf and a new hat!
I wrap myself up, my nose turns red and freezes, plays hide and seek with the November wind ... As long as you can overcome the cold and wind, I keep warm both outside and inside.
I think a lot, analyze, allow myself to feel pain, disappointment and doubt and try to take all the internal blocks into bricks.
I am too carried away by business and suddenly the thought falls on my head that I have absolutely no time for quiet, cozy gatherings with a fragrant cup of tea and letters that I am putting into words with enthusiasm ...
I love to put letters into words, and words into sentences ... so my soul dances !!!
An important November lesson is the ability to forgive!
Forgive others, forgive yourself. Growing up is difficult, painful and unusual, but so necessary, I forgive myself for past actions and let go of the situation.
I practice gratitude and with a sincere smile I thank even those people whose heart still pounds with pain at the thought of them.
If you have a person who wants to open his soul and quietly whisper "sorry", do not be afraid and go to him, do it!
If this is not possible, write a letter, make a note in your journal, talk to a friend or therapist.
Or maybe it's time to close your eyes and ask yourself for forgiveness?
