Twice a week, you need to find a few minutes when you have the time and desire to work out.
Your task is to thank you for everything positive and negative that has happened to you over the past week.
Don't fool yourself with phrases like:
"This time I have nothing to say."
There are always at least 10 reasons why you could express your gratitude over the past three days.
It is good to feel joy when you give thanks.
If you got to work on time, thank yourself for this: “Thank you for being great at timing.”
If you had a good conversation with someone, or it was pleasant for you to work with a colleague, or today is a sunny day, thank right away and a little later you will become happy from how much life gives.
