On this site, I faced a similar situation, people judge me without knowing me.
They neglect etiquette and even human communication, and all this complicates the process of trust and openness.
For me, the most important thing is to stay calm in a critical situation. When some neglect my kindness and honesty, many simply turn to insults and rudeness.
There is a rule of three NOT: don't blame, don't judge, don't complain. I adhere to this rule.
