I love the winter season. This time of the year I like most of all because you sit in a warm, cozy room and look out the window. And there ... snow flies from the gray skies and covers the earth with a white veil. This snow seems to creak underfoot when you walk, and there is a thin frost from moisture on the trees.
Children rejoice in winter, and so they go out to make a snowman and have fun with their winter holidays.
I like this time of the year because the New Year is coming. The house is cleaned, lights are blinking merrily, toys are shining and tinsel glitters. From this beauty the mood rises, and you begin to believe in the best.
But most of all I like Christmas. This is the kindest, warmest and brightest holiday. He gives us a chance to make peace with friends or family, to be together, to give each other gifts. For me, the most important gift is for my family and friends to be healthy and happy.
