We can create the mood in the house ourselves with the help of scents. Let's do it together.
Today I will tell you about three aromatherapy methods that I enjoy using. Of course, many people have aroma lamps and a rich selection of essential oils at home.
But you can also make orange hedgehogs. I take an orange, stick dried clove seeds get a funny orange "hedgehog". I put this useful decoration near the bed and all the viruses safely leave me and my room. Clove is a natural antiseptic and has a calming effect. And the combination of orange or tangerine with cloves is an antiviral bomb!
I will offer another great option that will help not only aromatize, but also remove excess moisture at the same time. To do this, I cut the orange in two and take out the pulp. In a cup I mix coarse salt (preferably sea salt), 10 drops of essential oil and put in orange "glasses". Orange gently gives off its aroma, and salt picks up excess moisture. Essential oils of rosemary, lemon, orange, tea tree are very suitable in this combination.
Recently I got acquainted with cone aromatherapy. It turns out that pine cones perfectly absorb essential oils and retain their aroma for a long time. In order to apply the pine cones for our purpose, they must be rinsed and dried. Our next step is soaking with essential oils. I put the pine cones in a bag and sprinkle each layer with a mixture of water and oil. I tie the bag and leave it for 3-4 days. And then your imagination itself will tell you how and where to use the pine cones. You can arrange one on the shelves. Candles surrounded by fragrant cones will give you the feeling of an imminent holiday.
