In more than 145 countries around the world, Christmas is an official public holiday. Christmas is a family holiday, which is usually spent with relatives and friends. I would like to write some good Christmas traditions in cooking for the holiday)) The traditions of the Catholic Christmas are many centuries old.
Usually, Christmas dinner traditionally consists only of lean dishes: these are vegetable salads, apples, honey, nuts, raisins, various vegetables, celery. There is also fish on the table. According to the rules, there should be no meat dishes on the table on Christmas night. Meat dishes can be served with the second Christmas meal on December 25th. Did you know that there is always one empty place at the Christmas table - whoever comes into the house will be a welcome and dear guest? This is so cute)))
