* You must always be right. * No one can be right all the time - there are many points of view and views on a situation.

* You need to control everything. * You cannot control everything that happens around you, your loved ones, strangers or colleagues. No need to waste time on pointless attempts. Don't fall into this trap.

* Thoughts that you are not good enough. * When you say to yourself that you will not succeed, you are right. You either can or you can't. The decision is yours.
