Society has never been surprised if the spouse is 15, 20, or even 30 years older in a couple. But if in the 19th-century marriages were concluded mainly by agreement, then in the modern world an unequal marriage is a voluntary matter.
I believe that a man should be older than a woman, and since a man is older, he is ready to take responsibility for his beloved woman, children, and their joint future. By the time a family is created, a man, as a rule, already has certain material achievements, life experience. In addition, he had a relationship, thanks to which he made certain conclusions, as it should and how he would like it to be. In such a relationship, everything develops in a standard way: at a wedding, a child appears. Such unions are most often based on love, or at least mutual sympathy.
