Life values do not arise overnight. They are the result of our life experiences. Significant events in our lives, books, movies, teachers, etc., play a huge role. Each person's values are as individual as fingerprints. The coincidence of major life values strengthens people's relationships, which is very important in today's society.
Understanding your major life values is a very important thing. If you have lived a long and difficult life, and at the end you realize that this life was not interesting, it will be too late to change anything... If, on the contrary, you know well what you want from life, what you really value, every day of your well-organized life will be full of meaning.
My top 7 spiritual values are: health, time, love, knowledge, development, freedom, creativity! These are my main values in life. They may not be your core values at all. One exercise that helped me to do was to create my own value system in life. Take a blank sheet of paper and a pen and write down everything you value most in life. The list should be at least 100 values. Then go through that list and cross out the least important ones so that you are left with 50. The seven or nine life values that remain at the end will be the most important ones for you.
Now think about whether these are the values that you devote most of your time and energy to!✨
