At work, in one of the articles I read about how an elderly pensioner (disabled) could not live in peace because of a neighbor in a communal apartment. The neighbor abused alcohol and, being under its influence, did not give anyone peace.
A journalist came to the aid of a disabled person. He accidentally found out about this story, personally met the pensioner, and then made this story public. People decided to help and sent money, each according to his capabilities. As a result, we managed to collect the amount that was enough to buy a small, supported apartment. Also, people helped him to move and move all his things. Including, I responded to this request for help, and since then I began to follow similar stories. As soon as I see that a charity event has been announced, I immediately take part in it, I render all possible assistance.
