1. Meet everyone with a smile
The more negative the perception of the problem that has come, the more difficult it will be to solve it. Being sad and offended will not help, but on the contrary, it will take away the strength and energy you need to solve the problem. The worst thing is to get drunk with grief, so as not to think about difficulties. As a result: a headache in the morning, bad breath, and the problem is not solved.

Make it a rule to smile at every problem or difficult task, no matter how stupid it looks. Let it be difficult at first, but over time you will notice how with such a positive approach you will strain less and less, and great ideas for solving problems will come to your mind faster and easier. And a positive person will get help from the outside world faster than a gloomy, offended or angry one.

2. Get rid of bad thoughts
The more negative there is in our thoughts, the more it is around us. A negative thought has an energy impulse that is 2 times stronger than a positive one.

3. Get your health in order
A sick person is not interested in anything and does not want anything, he needs at least not to hurt. And even if nothing hurts much, the sick person has little energy and strength.

Health is the basis of long-term happiness. A healthy person solves problems much easier, his mind is freer and more transparent. A healthy person is energetic, he freely and effectively implements his decisions. A healthy person lives with pleasure. Be healthy!

4. Don't be afraid of mistakes
We are all people, we all make mistakes, and if you say that this is not about you, no one will believe you. You can regret your mistakes, be sad, blame yourself and others, driving yourself into an even deeper pit of problems. And you can treat them as a learning process. Take mistakes as a lesson given to you so that you can learn to control yourself and the course of events happening around you. 5. Never demand more, do not whine about the fact that you do not have something yet
Thank the universe every morning (yes, it is the universe!) for what you already have. Many do not have this either, so you should not complain.

As we have already seen above, if you have a negative attitude to what is happening, then life will continue to deteriorate. 6. Never think that the money will come just like that

You can attract money in the following way: imagine that 20% has been added to your salary. Every day think about what you would spend this amount on, and it does not matter what it will be, the main thing is to set yourself up to think that you can get this money for your work and enjoy future opportunities. But at the same time, you still need to do something, work, change.

7. No desire to go to work?
There is a way out — you need to change your workplace. If you have an idea not to go to work, then most likely you have a negative attitude towards the team or the work itself. Thus, we return to the negative thoughts from point # 2, and we do not need it.

You either need to reconsider your attitude to your current job, finding enough positive aspects in it to make it pleasant for you to do it. Or just find another job you like.

8. Rest should be active
