A Valentine’s day story

Trying to make a young woman very happy (you'll be surprised; not what you think).
And, no, it's not at all that I think you're sort of a bad girl.
-
One evening, well, of all days, on Valentine’s Day, I decided that this was the evening; I had been thinking about this for a while.
It was a Monday evening, 20:00.
I took a quick shower, shaved, then got dressed for a night out. At 20:45, I got into the car, and drove to that street, about 15 minutes from my place, where ones we call sort of bad girls wait for clients.
When I got there, I stayed away a bit, and I looked around. I suddenly spotted a young woman; well, she was dressed like one of those girls, but she seemed like a kind, sweet one.
I drove near where she was, and I stopped; it didn't take long before she was at the passenger side window, that I had lowered. "Hi, babe!", she said, "Want to have some fun?" I looked at her; indeed, she seemed like a kind, sweet girl, maybe 35-40 years old, hard to say, her hair done in a nice bun. I thought a bit, then said: "Well, hi, young lady! Can you come in for a minute?" She said: "Sure, babe!", and she got into the car. I said to her: "May I know your first name? Your age? You don't have to answer if you don't want to." She said: "Oh, sure. Stella; you can call me Stell; I'm 37." I said: "OK. You're very kind, Stell! I'm Charles, and I'm 52. Listen, how much do you charge by the hour?" She said: "Well, it depends on what you want. I usually ask about $90." So, I said: "OK. Would you be available for four hours?" She looked at me with eyes big like that! She was thinking: "Four hours! Oh, oh! He must be a weirdo! What am I getting into..." She said: "Wow, this is a long time! Listen, you don't want to do me bad, hey?" I said, looking at her in the eyes: "No, no, no, I don't want to do you bad." I took money out of my pocket, counted $360, and offered it to her, saying: "There you go. Already paid."
She was still looking at me, with eyes still big like that, still thinking. She finally took the money, counted it, and said: "Wow, this is special!" So, I said: "OK. Here is what I have in mind. How about supper at a good, simple restaurant, first? Did you have supper, Stell?" She was thinking: "Now, this is weird!" She said: "Wow, supper at a restaurant! I didn't have much to eat, I'll tell you." So, I said: "OK.
Should you let someone know you'll be gone for four hours?" She said: "I'll just call Paula; she's my best friend; she works with me."
So, she took out her cell phone and dialed the number. I could tell by what she said to her girlfriend that that girlfriend was quite surprised, maybe worried about the four hours. She finally hung up, and said: "There you go, babe! I'm yours!"
There was a fine, simple, little restaurant not too far from where I picked her up, so I took her there.
We got into the restaurant. It was about three quarters full. There was a man at the piano, in the back. A young lady was singing; well,
she was no Whitney Houston, but she sang well, and she looked fine. Not too far from the piano, there was a small dance floor; four couples were then dancing.
We got a table, somewhere to the left of the restaurant, near the wall; quiet. I pulled her chair, inviting her to sit. She looked at me,
all surprised, as if no man had ever done that to her. A great smile flashed on her face!
It didn't take long before a waitress was at our table. We looked at the menus, I invited her to give her order, then I gave mine. I asked Stell if she'd like some wine. She said: "Wine! Are you serious?" I said: "Sure, I am. You'd like some? Red? White?" "Geeze, she said! I can't believe this! Red!" So, I asked that we bring us, if possible, two glasses of good Bordeaux red wine. We were quiet for a minute or two, then I asked her: "Can you tell me a bit about yourself?" And, not too sure what this was all about, she started talking a bit about herself. I asked her a few questions, then, I talked a bit about myself. We got our meals, and the wine. We touched on this subject, then on that one.
Time passed. She became more talkative; she was less on the defensive, she opened up more. At one point, I started making some jokes, acting a bit like a buffoon, and suddenly she burst into laughter! That great smile again!
She was no ravishing beauty, but when she smiled, she was charming! So, we were starting to have fun. Unexpectedly, the young lady
singer started singing "And I Will Always Love You", made famous by Whitney Houston. As a few couples were moving toward the dance floor, I said to Stell: "Hey, what about a dance?" Her eyes became brilliant, then she said to me: "Oh, babe, I'd love that!" I didn't have time to get up to pull her chair, she was already up, moving toward the dance floor. As I was following her, I had to admit that she was sexy!
We started dancing. It felt a bit awkward at first, but when she suddenly looked at me, I couldn't help but smile at her! I said: "This feels good, hey?" She simply said: "Yes, babe." I could tell she hadn't had an easy life, surely still didn't, but she was feminine, and sweet.
She was a good dancer. I was enjoying this, and she seemed to enjoy this too. We finally stayed on the dance floor for four dances.
At about 22:45, she was still happy about that piece of strawberry pie that she had ordered, and we finished drinking our coffee.
I finally said: "OK. Do we go to my place?" She looked at me, and said "Sure, babe."
At my place, after letting her in, I closed the door behind me. The first thing I knew, she was starting to undress. I said: "Hey! No hurry. We still have some time ahead of us. Would you like to take a good shower? You'll find shampoo, clean bath towels, a woman's bathrobe, even some eau de toilette." She said: "Oh, I'd like that, babe!" So, she headed for the bathroom, while I was thinking about what CD I might put on, what music she might like. She closed the door of the bathroom, then opened it, and asked:
"Would you mind if I locked the door?" So, I said: "Well, not at all. I didn't intend to bother you. And notice that it can’t be unlocked from the outside, unless one forced the lock" She said: "Oh, thanks, babe! You're cool!"
I put on a CD from Alicia Keyes, and one of Toni Braxton, then went to sit on the sofa, and closed my eyes; I realized I was tired.
I don't know how long I drifted away, but I was awakened by a little hand tapping on my arm, the smell of perfume, and a charming, feminine voice saying: "The bathroom is free, babe!" Startled, I opened my eyes and said: "Oh, yes, yes! I won't take long." Her long hair
was now undone, still wet, and that bathrobe may have been a size too big, but it still looked good on her. In fact, she was sexy like hell!
Ten minutes, and I was out, with a bathrobe on too. She was not in the living room. I took a peek in the bedroom, and, sure enough,
she was lying on the bed, on her back, wearing lingerie!
Geeze, was she woman! I approached the bed, and sat on it, near her. I was looking at her, admiring her beauty, her femininity!
I gently caressed her face with a hand, then her hair. Though she looked a bit anxious, she had that sweet smile! She asked me: "Would you like that I take it all off, now?" I simply laid down, by her side, on my back too. I put an arm around her shoulders, and brought her close to me. Oh, how good it was to be beside a woman, to feel her body against mine! I was still caressing her hair.
She looked a bit tired. I asked her: "Had a long day, a hard day, a hard week?" She said: "Oh, babe, what I do ain't exactly easy, nor glamorous. I do it for a living, know what I mean?" As she looked at me, I realized that she had beautiful eyes, even though they betrayed a hard life. I said: "There, rest a bit, here, on my shoulder; it'll do you good." She didn't argue, snuggled against me, and, after a few minutes, she was already asleep! Like a little girl! We could hardly hear Toni Braxton singing "Unbreak my heart". I loved that song, the way she sang it, so sensually! I looked at my watch: it was 5 past midnight. It had been a while since I had last held a woman in bed, like that. I then realized how much I missed it. There's something about being beside a woman, at night. It's so pleasant,
it feels so good, like the way things ought to be. I drifted away in all sorts of thoughts.
I suddenly looked at my watch again. Oh, it was 25 to one.
As I tapped gently on her left cheek, I whispered: "Stell, we'll have to go soon; it's 25 to one. "As she emerged from sleep, I could tell she was lost, wondering where she was, whom she was with. I warmly smiled at her, and said, with my heart sinking: "You were tired; you fell asleep. We must get dressed now. I'll go drive you back to that street." So, we both got dressed silently.
We didn't talk much on the way back.
As I finally stopped the car, by the sidewalk, I looked at her, and said: "Well, I don't know how to thank you, Stell. I really enjoyed that evening with you! You're quite a young woman!" She looked at me, puzzled, a few tears in her eyes, and said: "I don't understand you, Charles. I don't get it. You're special. I've never met a guy like you. How can you say what you just said? You didn’t even caress,
touch my body, we didn't even have sex, babe! Isn't that what you paid for?" I said: "I know we didn't even have sex. No, that's not what I paid for, though, yes, to be honest, I would have loved that very much. I wanted to make you very happy for a few hours; I thought you needed a break from what you usually do. We loved each other nevertheless, didn't we? Quite a bit, I think! Thank you very much, Stell! And, by the way, should you be interested, I'm looking for a secretary, at the office. Seriously. Nothing complicated. The pay isn't that much, but it's decent work, and with good people (you’re hired for work, not for sex, I give you my word). Please, think about it." I handed her my business card, and said: "Hey, be careful, OK?" And, I gently kissed her on the cheek. Still, with a few tears
in her eyes, she asked: “Will I see you again, Charles?” I said: That’s up to you, charming young lady. And, by the way again: Happy, Safe Valentine’s Day, Stell!” Well, I guess that was a bit too much for her, because she then broke into tears and gave me a kiss I’ll never forget.
