1. NUTRITION - BRAIN BIOHACKING
Without it, there will be no results. Limit the consumption of fried, fatty, fast food, spreads, yeast, energy drinks, coffee granules, sweets - they take away your energy. For example: sugar can be replaced with honey, ordinary salt with coarse sea or pink salt, if possible, cook food at home. Replace sweets and chocolate with dried fruits
WATER. Start your day with a glass of clean water 20-30 minutes before meals. It will help start the process of digestion.
THE FIRE OF DIGESTION.
The term "digestive fire" is used in oriental medicine. This is the time from about 13:00 to 15:00 when food is digested as quickly as possible. Try to eat during this period.
Intermittent fasting. Again, decide for yourself how acceptable this is for you, but I have long practiced Intermittent fasting lasting 24-36 hours.
MEAT. Meat is a heavy protein product. It takes a lot of energy and time to digest it. To eat or not everyone decides for himself. The most important thing to do is limit your intake of fatty pork and red meat.

Running is really cool. During or after a run, good ideas often come to me. I attribute this to the fact that the brain is filled with oxygen during intensive breathing.

Save energy - do not eat at night. Organize your bedroom so that you get everything you need from sleep. To do this, at any time of the year, leave a source of fresh air. The room should be fresh and cool. Then you will get enough sleep and recover in fewer hours.
