Dear Everyone

This is important. Many women here are writing to me telling me of easy opportunities they have to leave Ukraine. DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, THE ARE HUMAN TRAFFICERS..

You have to register as a refugee at an embassy if you want to leave. There is no quick way out, you must go through the process protect yourself, use common sense. I am very concerned because so many of you are vulnerable right now, and it is easy for others to take advantage of you. Pmease do not go with people who promise a quick and easy way out of the country.

Please stat safe. I wish I could save you all, but I'm in a bad spot myself. But my heart would break if any of you went missing.
