Each of us has an inner child. A little boy or girl is a person who creates, lives with emotions and trusts himself and his feelings without limit. You can’t deceive a child, he definitely feels that he brings joy, from which the heart beats stronger. But when a person grows up, he begins to live, obeying generally accepted norms and rules, often neglecting what he really wants.
Remember what brought you joy in childhood: mother's caress, playing with a kitten, happy time spent in the yard with friends, outdoor games.
It is these bright moments of happiness that are remembered when you think about childhood. Everyone has their own memories.
When a creative crisis occurs in the life of an adult, sometimes it is enough to listen to your inner child, to talk to him. What do you want the most right now? What feelings are missing?
Try to give them to yourself, let yourself be small.
Wrap yourself up in a warm blanket and read your favorite book, call an old friend you haven't talked to for a long time, visit your parents, bake a cake and treat your friends, you'll see, new, bold ideas will come to you very soon.
Allow yourself to dream, boldly make plans and make wishes. Take breaks from work, get out into nature.
Play with children as if you are the same age as them, listen to your favorite music.
Let your thoughts go free and listen to your heart.
