For example, some see it as cheating to watch adult movies, while others see flirting with a co-worker. Of course, the vast majority of people would call their partner's sexual intercourse with someone else cheating. But what about kisses? And what about those situations when your partner has feelings for another person, but prefers not to act in accordance with them in any way and remains to live with you? Will this situation change?
Back in 2016, Elite Daily conducted a poll among 100 people (male and female aged 18 to 31) who had to say what exactly they would consider cheating. The results came out interesting. So, 99% of people agree that liking someone's photo on social media is definitely not cheating (hooray!); 93% also said that adult films should not be considered cheating. 82% agreed that lunch with an attractive colleague (whom the partner may or may not consider as such) is just as not cheating as friendly meetings with the former, - so think 56% of respondents.
What then is treason? According to 75% - ongoing flirting in correspondence, and 61% believe that cheating is at least the presence of feelings for another person. And it does not matter whether they are realized or not: in 69% of cases, such feelings for others are considered sufficient grounds for ending the relationship.
Finally, any physical interaction, including kissing, is definitely cheating. And it doesn’t matter if you’re sober or drunk, you dared to kiss a pretty free colleague at a corporate party.
