The first step for big changes

How many times have you thought, " I need to feel better", " I should start a better habits life", or maybe " I should stop drink coffee" ?

Most of us know know that we need to change something, but we also should go into the action from taking step from knowing to doing.
But for me, I do love to start my morning form cup of coffee.
Would you like to share such ritual with me?
These days I made a step and relocate for some time to Turkey and I should admit that they have here amazing coffee with a rich aroma and deep aftertaste.
In fact, coffee shows more antioxidant activity than green tea and cocoa, two antioxidant superstars.
Scientists have identified approximately 1,000 antioxidants in unprocessed coffee beans, and hundreds more develop during the roasting process. Numerous studies have cited coffee as a major — and in some cases, the primary — dietary source of antioxidants for its subjects.
So drinking coffee could be a good habit.
But for sure there are so many things that can make our life better and healthier. We should do some small steps for that.
Most people do not fully appreciate the powerful effect changes to everyday habits can have on their current health, their future health and their quality of life.
Personally, I do believe that love and feeling of be loved gives more life power.
We just should start to make steps and be happy with a right person.
