Romantic dinner

Many people know that red and pink set in a romantic mood, yellow and orange create a feeling of warmth and comfort, and pastel shades relax and soothe.
As a rule, the set of dishes for a romantic dinner is minimal. This is the main course (plus or minus salad), dessert and drinks. Accordingly, the serving here will be minimal - so as not to distract attention from a casual conversation.
In what cases is decor really appropriate? And where can you let your imagination run wild? First of all, it is, of course, candles. Scented candles can kill two birds with one stone: provide "intimate" lighting and fill the room with relaxing, pleasant scents. Try to choose candles that are natural in composition and design with aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, mulled wine, apple, lemon, Indian spices. Such smells warm and relax, immediately relieving tension and subconsciously evoking the most pleasant associations. On the contrary, it is better to avoid too "heavy" aromas - like needles, sandalwood, sugar, chocolate.
You can add color and aroma with the help of fresh flowers or fir branches, as well as flower arrangements. If the size of the table allows, place a bowl of fruit in the center, complementing them with decorative balls and petals.
A romantic dinner is, first of all, a dialogue in the most relaxed atmosphere. Therefore, it would be wiser to direct your energy towards inviting the interlocutor to communicate, and not to demonstrate your culinary talents. Your dish will certainly be appreciated, but try to serve it in such a way as to show maximum attention and care. After all, it is in this way that it is easiest to arouse sympathy and win over.
