Why do some people succeed, while others take on everything, but do not bring anything to mind?

It is extremely difficult to achieve our goals if we set ourselves the wrong goals. In today's information-overloaded world, where you are being pressured from all sides by what you should and without what you need to feel flawed, it can be difficult to hear your own desires. If you set a goal of "having your own business", and you can't achieve it in any way, analyze it carefully. Why do you need a business? To have money. And the money for what? For traveling. And then it turns out that your real goal is not to run a business, but to travel around the world light. And you're just missing out on a million opportunities to realize your dream in a different way.
Lack of a plan. Setting a goal, even if it really is one hundred percent yours, is not enough. It's like charting point B on a map — the place where you want to get from point A, where you are now. But you still need to lay out a detailed route, take into account all the circumstances and outline your actions in each of them.
Too rigid a plan also prevents you from achieving your goals. Whatever the plan is, it's just a guess. In the process of movement, life always makes its own adjustments. If you do not have flexibility, then you can beat your head against the wall for a long time and persistently, because this is the direction that was outlined in the plan. But do not notice at the same time that there is a door a meter to the right.
Fears. Fears are what prevents us from moving or makes us turn off the path after taking a few steps. We are afraid of different things, but at the same time the same thing: not to cope, to disgrace ourselves, to lose, to make a mistake, we are afraid of losing the favor of dear people or causing the envy of detractors. If you follow the fears, it will be unrealistic to achieve your goals. So we have to admit that our fears are not original and not unique, and everyone who came to success, somehow went through them. They were afraid, but they went.
Uncertainty. Moderate uncertainty is even good, it will allow you to prepare better and not make rash steps. But it's about moderation! If uncertainty does not allow you to take a step — just step over it and step into the unknown. You'll figure it out on the go. In the end, confidence comes when you do something right. And how can it happen if you don't even start?

The opinion of others, to which we have been taught to listen since childhood, actually prevents us from achieving our goals. As soon as we start something, we are immediately "surrounded by others": advisers, reinsurers, critics and other well-wishers. Even if you feel good about people who express their opinion about your case, it's better to ignore this opinion if you haven't asked it yourself. Each person's experience is unique. What happened to someone may not work for you, because a person himself may not know all the components of his success. But it also works in the opposite direction: perhaps it is you who can do what no one has been able to do before you, because you have a unique set of qualities and characteristics. Seek advice and help if necessary, but rely on your intuition and vision. Not only do you choose the goal — the goal also chooses you. This means that you are made for each other and you will definitely meet one day if you are persistent enough and do not leave the race ahead of time.
