In this phrase, in fact, the notorious dog is buried. It is worth rereading it more carefully. Hint: the key point is "with pleasure". If you really live with pleasure (don't lie about it to others, so that they fall behind, but really feel absolutely calm, confident, satisfied and happy person) — leave both of these militant companies alone: everything is fine with you, no matter what they think about you there. But if you have excess weight (uncomfortable, not "extra" by gloss standards), if it's hard for you to move, you have shortness of breath, insomnia, fatigue, lack of energy for important and necessary things, depressed state, tearfulness, hysteria ... the list is almost endless. There are also a lot of sores in addition — this suggests that you are leading a lifestyle that does not suit you.

This does not mean that from now on Monday you have to give up everything you like and "start leading a healthy lifestyle" — that is, do what you do not like, because that's what people you do not know advise. Absolutely not! So you will only change one lifestyle that does not suit you to another that does not suit you either.

The only healthy way to lead a healthy lifestyle is to find contact with your own body, find out what he likes, what makes him feel good — and give him exactly that, and not what suits someone else. And to do this, you need to stop ignoring yourself and learn to listen to your own feelings. As in the very beginning, in childhood, while you have not yet learned that you are cold because your mother told you to get dressed, that you are hungry because lunch is ready, or that some foods are healthier than others, because grandma heard it from an expert in a TV show. Learn to separate real feelings from the stereotypes imposed on you by society. It's not easy at first, but then you'll like it. Try different things, as if you are trying for the first time, and listen to yourself: is it suitable? Do you like it? When is it really nice for you to wake up, if you put aside the oppression, habits and necessity? When is your peak activity? When do I need to take a break during the day? What kind of load does the body like, if we discard all fitness tips? Slow walking? Fast? A dance? Swimming? Stretching? What products? When testing, try not to mix, not to clog the receptors with flavor enhancers, not to "jam", not to chew on the go or under the TV, but calmly and consciously, noting the sensations to yourself, there are familiar products, as if they had never been tried before. Take the trouble to be aware of what exactly you put in your mouth. A tomato that has been in the refrigerator for two weeks. Greasy cream. Soup, which is a pity to pour out. Read the composition on the labels. Take a bite, fully understanding that you are eating a thickener, dye and emulsifier. Don't kid yourself. By refusing to find out what your food is made of, you act like parents who masked the vegetables you dislike by hiding them in mashed potatoes. (But our task is not to blame you or your parents, but to get to the truth!). Whatever you eat, ask yourself: do you like the smell? Temperature? Consistency? Is it delicious for you? Don't think about what is right or useful and what is not. Let your body make the decision for itself. Just do what you are doing, not "on the machine", but fully aware of it.

It is not necessary to hope that the body will instantly come out of the lethargy in which it has spent many years. But if you are consistent and persistent, then this will definitely happen. You will be shocked by the number of things that you don't like, but that you absolutely voluntarily keep in your life. No wonder you're not feeling well!

When you realize what exactly you don't like, it won't be difficult to get rid of it at all. You will not have to remind yourself, force yourself and control. You just stop doing all this with yourself, easily and naturally, as you throw off a blanket, feeling that it has become hot. And replace it with something that is really to your liking and taste. That's the whole healthy lifestyle. Just do what you like. It does not allow you to "forget", "calm down", "relax" or without what you supposedly "can't" — these are just habits and dependencies. And the fact that I just like it. By itself. It is for you.
