This morning it was very hot +35 degrees, but I had to go and take a package of documents from one person. I put on shorts and a top so it wouldn't be hot. When I went outside, I realized that I had forgotten the cap, but because of my laziness I did not go back home for it, and very much in vain. Literally 10 minutes after I went outside, I felt a pain in my head, but without paying much attention to it, I went on. I met with a man who handed me a package of documents. After that, I felt dizzy and almost fell right on the asphalt, but it was good that I was able to stand on my feet and walk to the nearest bench to sit down. Already at that moment I realized that I had a sunstroke. After sitting for about 20 minutes, I decided to get up and go to the nearest store to buy a jar of cold water. After I left the store, I drank water and washed my face a little to feel better. Fortunately, it helped me and I was able to walk home slowly.
