5 secrets for better well-being, good habits that will make your life better!?

Hello ! I want to share my observations and talk about my day, what I do to feel good and easy!
💦First: my day always starts with a glass of warm water. Yes, yes, I know that only the lazy did not say about water, but it really works! If you constantly forget about your morning water intake, you can leave a glass in the kitchen as a wake-up reminder - drink water!
🍐Second: it's summer and there is an abundance of vegetables and fruits around! It's a sin not to use it! Especially greens, add it to your menu - salad, side dish, or dessert in general, it doesn't matter!
🥗🍕Third: and again about food. I love to cook at home, I have a lot of healthy recipes in my arsenal, from ordinary food to complex desserts! Don't neglect home cooking! Semi-finished products can never replace a homemade dish! For example, homemade pizza dough is much tastier than store-bought and very easy to prepare! Who wants the recipe? (haha)
✅🏃🏼‍♀️Fourth: Introduce healthy habits into your life! for example, I try to walk at least 10 thousand steps a day! This is my minimum, I like to run, walk, lead an active lifestyle. If you don't like walking alone, try listening to an audiobook or podcast while walking.
🎧🎁Fifth: positive emotions always make your day better! Listen to yourself and your desires, what exactly do you want to do today? Is it possible to listen to music for the whole apartment, or eat a croissant in a nearby coffee shop? Or give a girl flowers, walk around the evening city alone? Listen to yourself and encourage even small successes!
